Zinc – acid
Electroplated zinc is the most economical and effective treatment for functional and decorative corrosion protection. Metal parts can be plated on racks as well as in drums. Electrolytic zinc can be alkaline or acid. It gives very bright and ductile coating.

Possible post-treatments
- Passivation (thick coating, blue, transparent, yellow)
- Sealing with adjustable coefficient of friction
